Seachtain na Gaeilge

First design for Seachtain Na Gaeilge.

Brief:

• redesign images
• keep basic layout the same
• use existing colours
• less 'square'

Designs:

• Design 1 - using curves in top section, replacing images, repeating the curve at the end of the left nav, slight indent to the left nav, with original Seachtain na Gaeilge colours
• Design 2 - again with curves at the top but also using square images, keeping original Seachtain na Gaeilge colours
• Design 3 - as 2 but the colour scheme is changed to lilac & damson
• Design 4 - as 1 but colour scheme is changed to red & grey

• Design 5 - As Design 4 but with different images at the top

The following designs are based on design 5 with more festival, events, music and dance oriented photos. The header text has been enlarged from 25 to 30 points, and from 10 to 11 points.

• Design 6 - images are in colour
• Design 7 - as design 6 but images are in black & white
• Design 8 - as design 7 but images are different. most of these images are only available in black and white - no colour version is available.
• Design 9 - as design 6 but text is placed over images at the top and enlarged even more due to poor readability, however it is still quite difficult to read and doesn't look too good :(

• Design 10 - As design 8 with guitar image from design 7, new image in centre of page, removed gaelport logo, increased size of header text, replaced heart logo with better quality one.
• Design 11 - As 10 with replacement image for violinist, increased size of header text, and background on main image of men in suits

• Design 16 - as design 15 but images are in a different order so that the black and white and the colour images alternate.
