Without scripts enabled the left nav which stays in place in netscape and firefox will move with the page in internet explorer
Without scripts enabled the style sheet changer will not work. Instead click on View > Text Size, and View > Page Style (netscape and firefox) or Tools > Internet Options > Accessibility (internet explorer) in your browser
